I create free-hand, contemporary, embroidery pieces. My subjects vary, but I enjoy embroidering bird species, as it provides a way of appreciating the finer nuances of species identification. I also embroider lake bathymetry maps.

I started embroidery in 2016, and while I have taken a break to pursue other hobbies, I still enjoy this medium.
